General

  • All booking, modification or cancellation actions need to be made via Resurva. Check your confirmation email for direct link to your existing appointment.

  • If you can’t find your confirmation email, check your other email addresses and spam folders. If you still need assistance, email us.

  • The waitlist feature on Resurva is a unique option that allows clients to receive notification in the event of an opening on a selected day or time. Joining the waitlist is a great way to snag a last minute opening.

  • Emails are checked by an off-site admin and are not checked in real time. Please do not email to book, modify or cancel appointments.

  • Emails about appointment actions will not override the no show/late cancellation policy.

  • Credit cards are for holding the appointment and violations only. No payments are taken over Resurva unless it is a special case (please see *Special case below).

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

  • Effective March 2024, appointments must be cancelled 4 hours or more prior to the appointment time to avoid a no show/late cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged for 100% of the price of the service.

  • No shows will be charged for 100% of the price of the service.

  • *Special case: Repeated no shows or an unpaid no show violation due to declined credit card information may require prepayment on Resurva for future bookings. Payment requirement will be removed when the past no show is paid for.
